It reaches over 500,000 students and professionals across more than 20 countries and generates 1.4 million employer evaluations each year. Universum curates the list of employers included in the survey to reflect large employers in each market, the current market situation, and evolving talent needs. Your company has been nominated for consideration for this year's list. A nomination means your company is being considered for inclusion in this year's survey, based on signals such as talent relevance and industry position. It is not an award and it does not guarantee inclusion in the survey or a position in the published rankings. Your Assessment Manager can explain the specific reason for your invitation.

What an assessment call is
An assessment is a structured, approximately 30-minute conversation with one of our Assessment Managers. It covers 14 questions across five areas, using a mix of multiple-choice and open-ended prompts. You will talk about your company's employer brand, how talent perceives you, your competitors for talent, and your three-year objective as an employer. It is a research conversation, not a sales call. No preparation is needed.
Your Assessment Manager is there to capture your answers, not to sell you anything. Nothing about inclusion in the 2027 ranked list is decided on this call. The research team makes that decision separately.
